Sam Strong’s work titled ‘Alternative Life of Drag’ has been nominated for this year’s ARTEXPRESS. It features six A1 graphite drawings of drag queens. Sam describes her work as exploring “gender fluidity through my stark and glamourous black and white graphite drawings. It is through the glitz and glam that I express the alternative glamorous life of drag queens.” We hope that her exceptional drawings will make the final selection and wish her the best of luck.
