How to Enrol
Read all the information on this website carefully. If you have any questions please contact the International Program Officer at Stella Maris College. Allow enough time to obtain your visa before selecting your course start date. It is best to allow at least eight weeks before your course begins if you are applying for a student visa because the student visa process can take a long time.
Download and complete the Application Form and attach the following documents:
- Proof of your English proficiency level (test certificate for AEAS, IELTS, TOEFL etc.)
- Certified copies of school reports from your last two years at school and certified translations into English
- Official examination certificates (translated into English)
Send the Enrolment Fee and your completed Application Form and all necessary documentation, to our education agent in your country or directly to:
International Program Officer
Stella Maris College
52 Eurobin Avenue

If your application is accepted, the College will send you a Letter of Offer and an invoice for your fees. The Letter of Offer will advise you how to apply for a visa and how to make your payment.
Pay your tuition fees as stated on the invoice at least four weeks before your course begins. The International Program Officer will send you a receipt and Confirmation of Enrolment which you must take to the Australian Embassy or High Commission to apply for a student visa.
