Welcome to the pages of the Stella Maris Ex-Students Association (SMESA).
Lifelong friendships, deeply held values, the people we knew, the schoolgirl antics and some knowledge and skills acquired along the way, are all part of who we are now. The College has life beyond its walls, in no small way, thanks to the oral and written histories of each and every one of us.
The Association is growing all the time. We are always interested in new ways to support our ex-students or for you to support the College. School days are a unique time in our personal histories and the strength of our ties to school never ceases to amaze. These truly are ‘the ties that bind’.
The Association aims to build a strong ex-student community by keeping you in touch with each other and the College, and by promoting and supporting reunions and other College events of interest. You are always welcome to get involved with the running of the Association. The more the merrier! You can join the Committee or you can also get involved in your own way: work on the archives, write articles for the website or Newsletter, share your ideas, do some research or help organise an event. Your participation in the Ex-students Association and in giving back to the College will ensure Stella has a long and fruitful future.
